There are only a certain number of rooms available in each category and they are available on a first come, first serve basis.

Roundtrip Airport Shuttle Transfers are included with a minimum 4-night stay.
What is NOT Included in Price?
Airfare. You are responsible for booking your own flights.

The rates shown are total costs for the number of nights noted and are inclusive of all taxes and fees. All room reservations with a minimum of 4-night stay will include complimentary airport shuttle pickup and drop off.
* KIDS STAY FREE PROMOTION: Travelers age 17 or under at the time of travel will stay at the resort for free when booked with at least one paying adult
Rooms are currently set aside from May 7-12, 2025. If you wish to arrive earlier or stay longer or want a quote for a different room category, please note that on your reservation request form.

Reservation Cancellation Policy
All reservation payments are refundable until February 1, 2025 only -- after that date all reservations are completely non-refundable.
If you wish to purchase travel insurance, which we strongly recommend, you can choose and purchase your own policy here: Trawick International Travel Insurance
IMPORTANT: Please note, any last minute reservations (made after the final payment date of February 7th) or reservation changes will incur additional service fees. Please note - the resort does not allow any reservations or changes to be made within 20 days of the Wedding Date.
If you are ready to book your stay, please click the “MAKE YOUR RESERVATION” tab above and fill out the form. Once we receive your information we will begin the reservation process. Kindly note, your reservation is not confirmed until your deposit payment is processed, we will then send you an e-mail with your invoice and booking information. Please check both the invoice and personal information on the reservation to confirm that everything is correct.
